Halo-Halo, a vibrant and classic Filipino dessert, bears a resemblance to an ice cream sundae. Its name translates to "mix mix," fittingly reflecting the blend of various Filipino ingredients that are stirred together upon consumption. This delectable dessert typically comprises shaved ice, evaporated milk, coconut, jackfruit, sago, and gulaman, a sweet jelly, crowned with a scoop of ube ice cream.
