Ube Macaron | Fragrance Oil
Bright purple filling pressed between two crisp almond shells, just as it should be. The first impression is lightly toasted almond and sugar, dry and delicate like the macaron itself. Then the center comes through, thick ube buttercream, creamy, slightly nutty, and softly sweet with a hint of coconut. It settles into a smooth blend of vanilla and sugar that feels rich but still airy, like a dessert that disappears faster than expected.
