No additional additives or solubilizers are required. Simply blend in your fragrance oil and preferred colorant, and it’s ready to bottle.

Directions
Measure out your base and add up to 20% fragrance oil—no modifier needed. Gently mix until fully incorporated. Colorants may be added as desired.
