Package returned to Doop, never received

I was really hoping to get a sample of this fragrance and a few others to test them for a new product launch, but unfortunately my package was sent back to Doop in Texas because the address label was damaged and undeliverable. Doop never contacted me or offered to re-send the package, and I haven't been contacted about a possible refund for my order. I sent two emails and still haven't heard anything from Doop. I checked the FAQ list and it has steps to file insurance claims if the package never arrived or was damaged, so I guess that's my next step. I was excited for the possibility of using this scent in my new product line. Radio silence from Doop means I'm looking at other fragrance suppliers for something comparable.

The perfect dessert

This scent smells exactly like a plate of arroz con leche. It is sweet and cinnamon-y. You can smell the vanilla combined with the cinnamon and caramelized sugar. It's a sweet smelling fragrance that is strong without being overpowering. It's a cozy scent that reminds me of sitting with my grandma and sharing a bowl of arroz con leche. It's one of our customers favorite scent.

I ask my kids to smell it oob and guess what it is. They all guessed correctly. It’s strong and fills the room in Parasoy. I can really smell the rice water
