Regulatory information and IFRA usage rates are located on the fragrances page under its description, if this information is unavailable it means it’s still in pending from the the lab and will updated as soon as it’s available.
Please note: If you intend to use the fragrance for applications other than candles, kindly refrain from purchasing until the IFRA usage rate is provided. We won't be able to assist with usage rate inquiries in such instances.

Our fragrance oils are cruelty free and we do not test on animals.
Yes, our fragrance oils are vegan and do not contain any animal by products.
Our fragrance oil bottles are filled by weight and not volume, so fill levels will vary with each oil.

Many of our International clients use a Freight Forwarder. Doop Fragrance Co. will not be held responsible for any problems with orders shipped through a freight forwarder. This includes, but is not limited to: problems with customs, damages caused by your freight forwarder, lost deliveries, or any other regulations that are mandated by your country. Doop Fragrance Co. will not credit or refund orders or provide replacement orders for any orders that ship via freight forwarder. Using a freight forwarder is the sole risk of the customer.
Order confirmation emails may be delivered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders before contacting customer service. If you have more than one email address, but do not remember which one you entered when checking out, please be sure to check the inbox and junk folder for each email address before contacting us. Spelling errors in your email address can also result in delivery confirmation emails being undeliverable.
While we do our absolute best to ensure order accuracy, mistakes can still happen. If you receive the wrong type of item or quantity, please contact us immediately and we will gladly issue the correct item or provide a refund for the missing items.
