A loaf of sourdough pulled hot from the oven, the crust still crackling as it cools on the rack. Artisan Sourdough opens warm and toasty, golden bread crust and a tang of sourdough rising over warm wheat. The heart turns soft and yeasty, fermented dough and fresh yeast wrapped around steamed grain. It settles low and comforting, warm butter sinking into soft musk and pale woods, the kind of scent that feels like a slow morning in a neighborhood bakery, warm and honest and deeply comforting.
