Behind the bakery glass, shells are piped full to order so the crunch never softens. Chocolate Chip Cannoli opens with a crisp golden shell and a dusting of powdered sugar over bright citron zest. Whipped ricotta cream fills the heart, studded with mini chocolate chips and flecks of vanilla bean. Bittersweet chocolate, golden fried pastry, and a soft sugared musk finish rich and unhurried.
