Lacy white blossoms sway over a garden table where cordial steeps slowly in glass jars. Elderflower Sugar opens on sparkling elderflower and crisp pear nectar brightened by a twist of lemon zest. Sugared white petals and honeyed blossom water melt through the heart, delicate and lightly green. Cane sugar crystals dissolve into white musk and blonde woods for a clean, sweet finish.
