Midday sun over a hillside garden, the air sharp with crushed herbs and something green and electric on the breeze. Jalapeño Verde opens bright and biting, crushed coriander seed snapping against lemon zest and a handful of wild oregano. The heart turns hot and herbaceous, sun-warmed thyme and cool eucalyptus circling the green fire of fresh jalapeño. It settles into brisk, grounded earth, balsamic galbanum sinking into vetiver and damp mossy woods, the kind of scent that feels like a garden with spice in its veins, wild and awake and alive.
