Not What I Expected—But Intriguing!

This wasn’t quite what I expected scent-wise. When I first received it, I set it aside. But I recently revisited it while thinking about possible blends and gave it another sniff. It definitely leans more toward a perfume and reminds me of By the Fireplace, but with a richer, deeper vibe. I might try it in a candle to see how it transforms. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Speechless!

Is there a way to make a smoke smell feminine? Because this gives off "old money matron" in a way that may not have been intentional, but absolutely gives off a vibe of classic femininity. It's like a slightly sweet, woodsy and subtly floral, unique and difficult to pin down, but distinctive. I already have blending ideas for this fragrance, although I'm sure it would intrigue anyone on its own!

All-Star Blender

One of my favorite blenders. Not super strong, but like the implies, lends its sweet smoky smoothness to a variety of fragrances. I just wish it had higher IFRA values, because it would be beautiful in a room spray or soap

Such a good replica!

I love Phlur's line so the fact that they were able to recreate something similar and nail it says a lot about this scent. The throw is mild to moderately strong depending on your nose, and so I like to use this for its base notes. Thanks!
