Purple root steamed until it gives way, then mashed with sugar and folded into milk. Taro Root leads with a nutty sweetness that reads almost like vanilla, rounds into something starchy and mellow, and finishes on a whisper of florals. Gentle, sweet, and quietly distinctive.
