Jars of jewel colored fruit glisten behind the counter of a Sicilian pasticceria. Tutti Frutti opens with sugared citron, Sicilian orange peel, and candied cherry cut into perfect little cubes. Candied melon and crystallized fig tumble through the heart under a crust of lemon sugar. A crisp sugar shell, vanilla powder, and a playful musk keep the finish sweet and dry to the last piece. It is the kind of scent that tastes like the best part of a panettone.
