Vanilla Bean Pizzelle opens warm and buttery, fragrant vanilla bean and toasted sugar over melted sweet butter. The heart turns soft and golden, pizzelle batter and egg cream rising with the smell of a fresh-pressed waffle. It settles cozy and sweet, bourbon vanilla folded into buttery biscuit and a soft musk, the kind of scent that feels like a family recipe pressed one cookie at a time, warm and nostalgic and impossibly cozy.
